BELT STOCKING CONDITIONS
- An ideal storage place should be cool, away from light and moisture.
- Belts should be stored in rolls as seen on below.
- Belt drums should be rolled in a manner in which they make 45° angle around a reel axis once in 15 days.
- Drums should be discharged and ventilated once a month and talk powder should be applied on once they are winded.
- Storage for long period decreases performance of belt. Bear in mind the following table for storing of spare belts.
