SAW GEARED BELTS

Differently from the flat belts, the carrier surface of the belt is composed of gears that are shaped like the small triangle prism. Because these gears are vulcanized together with the upper coating in the production stage, there is not risk of breaking. This kind of gears gives a holding characteristic to the belt, as a result of which it enables transportation of product up to 3 m/sec speed at the 200-350 angles. Saw geared belts are mostly used for transporting to packed products.
